Yes. Our ODM service covers concept development, tech pack creation, material sourcing, sampling, bulk production, quality inspection, and export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. Will you sell the same designs to other brands or on Amazon?
No. Keytop is a B2B-only manufacturer — we have no direct-to-consumer brand and sell nothing under our own name on Amazon or any retail channel. Every OEM order is client-specific; ODM designs can be made exclusive to your brand with a written exclusivity agreement.

Do you accept third-party quality inspections?
Yes. SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, or any inspector you specify. We also run our own pre-shipment AQL inspection — 2.5 major / 4.0 minor defect tolerance per ISO 2859-1 — with written reports released before you authorize final payment. Defective pairs are replaced at no charge.
What trade terms and shipping options do you offer?
EXW, FOB (Xiamen / Shanghai), CIF, and DDP. Sea freight to US or EU: 15–30 days. Air for samples: 5–7 days. All export documents — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin — handled in-house.
