Upper Materials
Full-grain leather, nubuck, water-resistant coated mesh, and TPU waterproof shell. Vegan PU available on request. Material reference approved before bulk sourcing starts.
Lining & Insole
Breathable textile standard, thermal fleece for Winter builds. Removable 3mm EVA insole across all configurations. Wool or synthetic premium insole option available.
Sole Configuration
Flexible rubber smooth for Urban, lug rubber with TPU rand for Trek, winter non-slip tread for Winter. Custom mold available at volume. All configurations hold 0mm drop.
Logo & Branding
Emboss on leather, woven label on tongue or shaft, printed insole, RF-welded TPU logo for technical builds. Pantone color matching on upper, tongue lining, and laces.
Packaging
Eco-Box with 100% recycled board and soy ink printing. Custom brand shoe box, hang tag, care card, and cotton dust bag available. Size run EU 35–46 standard.
Same last and barefoot platform across all three boot builds. One development project can cover Urban, Trek, and Winter if upper and sole are the only differences between SKUs.
