What Indie Brand Founders Ask First

Stack height is measured at the heel and forefoot on every sample. The measurement report is included in sample delivery. If the offset is not exactly 0mm, the sample is corrected before production approval — not after.
MOQ is 500 pairs per color and style. This applies to both initial orders and reorders. Mold ownership, color exclusivity, and spec lock are all available at this minimum — no volume threshold required to access these features.
Sample production takes 7–14 days from brief approval. Shipping is on top. Most US and EU-based founders receive samples within 10–18 days total. Expedited sample service is available and quoted on request.
Yes. ISO 9001:2015, BSCI, and Sedex certification documents are current and available during inquiry. When your retail buyer requests compliance paperwork, we send the relevant documents within one business day.
Yes. Upper materials include rPET Eco-Mesh, Bio-Leather, Hemp canvas, Merino Wool, and Premium Leather. Insoles can be upgraded to Cork or Bloom Foam. All material options are available from MOQ 500 pairs.
Standard options include RF Welding (TPU logo, no-seam), Embossing (for leather uppers), and Woven Label (tongue or side flag). Custom aglets and metal eyelets with laser-engraved branding are also available on request.
Reorders reference your locked spec file directly. No re-approval of molds or colors is needed unless you request a change. Lead time for reorders is 25–35 days from deposit confirmation, shorter than the initial production run.
