What Happens Before Your Order Ships

Four checkpoints between raw material and outbound carton. Each one creates a document your retail buyers can request.

Sample Measurement — Caliper on Every Prototype

Before bulk production is authorized, a technician measures stack height at heel and forefoot with a calibrated caliper. The 4mm / 0mm reading is recorded in the measurement report and sent to you for sign-off. Bulk starts only after you confirm.

Outsole Hardness — Shore A Test on Each Batch

Every outsole compound batch is tested on the Shore A durometer at intake. Gym Trainer compound targets 55–60. Rubber that reads outside that range doesn't enter the production line — grip consistency matters for multi-reorder brands.

Flex Cycle Station — 50,000 Bends Before Approval

The sole-to-upper bond is run on the flex tester before the material combination clears for production. Training shoes flex laterally more than running shoes. SATRA TM92 — 50,000+ cycles with no delamination is the pass condition.

Pre-Shipment Inspection — Cartons Held Until Report Clears

Final inspection before cartons are sealed. Each production run gets a QC checklist covering outsole adhesion, stitching, sizing accuracy, and visual defects. Target defect rate is under 1.5%. The report is issued and shared before shipment is confirmed.

The Spec Sheet

Every number below is confirmed in the sample measurement report. Your product brief and retail buyer documentation start here.

Pillar 01

Flat Stable Platform

4mm stack. No wedge, no heel raise. For deadlifts and squats, this flat platform eliminates heel elevation and keeps bar path vertical. Confirmed with calliper measurement in every sample report.

Pillar 02

Non-Slip Gym Rubber

High-grip rubber outsole compound, Shore A 55–60. Tested for gym floor surfaces — rubber tile, hardwood, and polished concrete. DIN abrasion result: <150mm³. Your end customers do not slip during lifts.

Pillar 03

Wide Toe Box

Anatomical last — metatarsal-width splay. Toes spread naturally under load. Important for squat depth and balance. Your fitness buyers will notice the difference in stability within the first training session.

Buyer Solutions — Training Footwear

Which Fitness Channel Are You Building For?

Gym floor, CrossFit box, yoga studio, or DTC fitness brand — training footwear reaches buyers through different channels. Match your model to the right path.

Indie Barefoot Brands

Launching a barefoot brand built around functional performance and design identity.

Finding a factory that builds actual barefoot spec — not a "low-drop" compromise — is harder than it should be at low MOQ.

4mm / 0mm confirmed in a measurement report before bulk. Full ODM: color, material, logo, and packaging under your brand. 500-pair MOQ keeps launch risk low.

Indie Brand Path

E-Commerce / Private Label

Selling barefoot training shoes on Amazon, Shopify, or a DTC fitness brand.

"Zero-drop" claims get challenged on Amazon without documentation. Most Chinese OEM factories don't provide spec reports.

Sample measurement report provides the 0mm offset reading. Use it directly in your listing. 30–45 day lead time keeps restock predictable.

E-Commerce Path

Fitness Studios & Box Operators

Building a gym brand or equipping a CrossFit box with consistent training footwear.

Mainstream shoes have 10–15mm drop. Coaches and members notice the instability difference in every lift.

4mm / 0mm on record. 500-pair MOQ supports a studio kit or brand launch without tying up floor capital in inventory.

Fitness Studio Path

Specialty Retailers

Buying for a specialty fitness retailer or active lifestyle boutique.

Retail buyers ask for compliance documentation. Inconsistent quality on reorders disrupts sell-through and customer trust.

ISO 9001 means each reorder matches the reference sample on file. Full spec sheet, QC report, and certification documents issued per production run.

Retailer Path

Wholesale / Distribution

Sourcing barefoot training shoes for wholesale distribution or multi-brand programs.

Large volume orders require consistent quality and stable lead times across every run — not just the first one.

50,000-pair monthly capacity. Per-batch QC documentation available on request. Tiered pricing adjusts with order volume above MOQ 500.

Wholesale Path

Crowdfunding Campaigns

Running a Kickstarter or Indiegogo campaign for a barefoot training shoe.

Most factories won't produce a training shoe prototype quickly enough to meet a campaign launch window.

Sample in 7–14 days. MOQ stays at 500 pairs. Your campaign can show real product — not just renders — before the funding window closes.
